NEW SERVICE:
To establish a new water service at your property (either Residential or Non-Residential), you are going to have to come into our main office, and fill out a Water Service Agreement. 

In addition to the Water Service Agreement, Customers will also be provided an informational letter concerning New Construction and New Tap Purchases as they pertain to the District's Backflow Prevention Policies.
