Beginning with the August 2006 billing cycles, the Clifton Water District began using our new Utility Billing Software from Springbrook Software utilizing a new billing statement.  We believe this new format provides our customers with some additional information in a user-friendly format.  The new billing statement is mailed to you in a legal sized window envelope with a pre-addressed remittance envelope.  A sample of that billing statement is included below, along with some further explanation as to what each section of your new bill should tell you.
