STAFF BIO

Dale is the General Manager of the District, and is responsible for the various day to day activities that take place within the District. He has been with us since the Fall of 1979, and has worked as a Distribution Technician, Water Treatment Plant Operator, Laboratory Director, and the Assistant Manager, before being promoted to our top spot in the summer of 1998. He has a BS in Biological Sciences from Mesa State College. He holds a State of Colorado Class A Water Treatment Plant Operators license and a Class I Distribution System license. He was the Past Chair of the Rocky Mountain Section of the AWWA in 1999.
